            MY STORY

 

My name is Rebekka, a former project manager and civil engineer who decided to turn her passion into her business and become a certified personal trainer.

Fitness has been part of my life for so long right now, but I do still remember my struggle: how to start, where to start, what to do?

It took me quite long to figure out what works for ME and what is best for MY body. But we are all different and what works for ME is not necessarily the best for YOU.

So I decided that I want to help people on their journey to a healthier and fitter lifestyle. There are no shortcuts and you clearly have to put in the work but wouldn't it all be easier with someone at your side to help and support you?

My aim is to help you achieve your personal goals with weight loss, muscle toning, core strength, posture correction, nutrition and mindset.

WHY NOT YOU?

            QUALIFICATION

 

A solid foundation of knowledge seemed inevitable for me to be able to help people with their individual goals.

So I decided to get qualified as a personal trainer and signed up at "BSA Akademie".

In my opinion there are three basic factors that go together hand in hand and you have to work on all three of them to get to your goals:

MINDSET, FITNESS, NUTRITION

Mindset:

As a certified basic mental trainer I can help you figure out what might be holding you back and to clearly define your goals.

Fitness:

A basic level of physical fitness is the key to making everyday life a little bit easier. It also will help you to prevent injuries, recover quicker and master your daily challenges.

My qualifications in this area go from fitness trainer to trainer for athletic performance and trainer for rehabilitative strength training.

Nutrition:

The sheer amount of different diets and nutrition advices nowadays can be overwhelming and let's be honest: confusing.

As a qualified nutrition consultant I will help you understand the basics of how your body functions and how you can make a balanced nutrition your lifestyle without constantly depriving yourself on a diet.
